Important Updates:

The deadline to submit a Claim under this Settlement is April 9, 2027 at 11:59 PM EST. Claims may be submitted either by mail, email, or through the applicable online Claim Form available here.

The deadline to object to the Settlement was on October 14, 2025.

The deadline to object to the Settlement in the Court of King's Bench for Saskatchewan was on January 15, 2026.
